The market had a roller coaster ride today with positive as well as negative bias throughout the trading session. Nifty opened today at 8274, made a high of 8308, fell as low as 8219 and finally closed at 8237 (0.59%). After a series of down days, today was again a negative day in the end. Its current support is at 8179 while its resistance is at 8863.

Among the sectors, the highest gainer today was CNX REALTY (+0.31%) followed by CNX PHARMA(+0.49%) and CNX IT (+0.38%). The highest losers today were CNX FMCG(-1.61%), CNX ENERGY (-0.94%) and CNX AUTO (-0.44%). The reason for the rise of the CNX REALTY sector was mostly due to the massive rise of IBREALEST (+4.63%). Its current support is at 50 while its resistance is at 64. The reason for the fall of the CNX FMCG sector was mostly due to the massive fall in GODREJIND (-4.4%). Its current support is at 325 while its resistance is at 380.

Among the prominent stocks, the highest gainer today was AXISBANK(+4.4%) followed by AMBUJACEM(+3.64%), HCLTECH (+1.9%), WIPRO (+1.78%), and SUNPHARMA (+1.62%). The stocks which fell the most today were IDEA (-6.39%), BHARTIARTL(-3.86%), ITC(-3.01%) and HDFC(-2.49%). AXISBANK was trading today with a high of 559.9 and a low of 535.25 to finally close at 551.95. Its current support is at 486 while resistance is at 573.
